Rosemarie did exactly what I needed, and then some: I told her up front that I didn't need her to find me houses so much as to just lubricate the process. But more than once she found something she thought I would be interested in (and she was right) and, when I asked her to schedule it, she already had. Under other circumstances this might have been a bad thing, but for me it was a VERY good thing, since I was coming from (way) out of the area and needed to make the most of my limited time. So, all in all, just about perfect!

Rose came out to the house and took pictures of the house inside and outside to be used on the listing. She asked what we were looking for as an initial asking price. She thought that our price was reasonable to sell quickly, but did also think that it might sell at a little lower price. Rose took time to explained all of the paperwork and answered any questions as we were signing/completing each page. Rose was very organized she completed a 3 ring binder that had additional information on the house (ie taxes, age of roof, furnace, windows, etc). Rose was quick to get the house sold, papers were signed and within a few days she had an open house showing. She continued with weekly open houses showing for a total of 5 open houses, one of which was a holiday weekend. She reported back to us after each open house or showing by other agents and had some additional suggestions that might possibly help in selling the property. Rose did suggest to decrease price after first open house. When the offer came in, we made a counter offer which she thought was very reasonable. That counter offer was accepted. The price that the house sold for was very close to the amount that Rose originally quoted. She continued to check on the status of the sale with the attorneys involved, the bank and ourselves until the process was completed. She did a fantastic job and we would highly recommend her to anyone we know who is looking to sell or buy a house. Rose truly puts her heart and soul into her job and goes above and beyond to help in every step of this process.
